First Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville is seeking proposals to cash rent certain farmland owned by the
church.
FARM 1: Farm #1 is Farm known as the Bessie Gibson farm located near Pisgah, Illinois. It has
approximately 80 acres.
FARM 2: Farm #2 is known as the Pisgah Cemetery Property located just north of Pisgah, Illinois. It has
approximately 3.88 acres of farm land.
We are seeking cash rent proposals for the two farms combined. Submitted proposals will be evaluated
based in part on the cash rent proposed as well as other intangibles including past history as a tenet
farmer.
RFP’s should include:
1. Proposed cash rent per acre.
2. Proposed term of agreement (two years suggested).
3. Three tenet farming references.
